• Invoice Verification & Booking / Payment tracking
• Vendor registration and communication
• Monthly accrual report
• Timely processing of payment runs
• Processing of travel expense reimbursements
• Capitalization of fixed assets
• Resolving outstanding direct debit transactions and performing daily account reconciliations
• Preparing reports and analyses, particularly accrual reports
• Managing the assortment from listing up a product on lg.com, ensuring stock availability & managing the forecast
• Managing the daily business: Order Management, price registration, customer inquiries, reporting bugs
• Analyzing processes, sales figures & customer behaviour and defining countermeasures to improve KPIs
• Project leads on implementing new features & functions to improve customer journey and sales

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience with analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Creative, willingness to learn and interest in gaining practical experience in a real working environment as a team player and independently
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, Power Point
• Fluency in Swiss German or French
