W Verbier, part of W Hotels, seeks a dedicated Sushiman for the winter season to join our luxury kitchen team in Verbier. You will assist the Sushi Chef in preparing Japanese dishes, handling seafood, and presenting plates with flair for a discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Japanese cuisine, a passion for detail, and a commitment to high hygiene standards, with strong French and English (or Spanish) language skills.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar position or in Japanese cuisine.
• A genuine interest in the Japanese / sushi world.
• Previous experience in the kitchen of a 5* hotel.
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes per standard recipes and guidelines.
• Clean, cut and prepare meat and fish; handle seafood with care.
• Prepare, plate and present dishes in an elegant and appetising manner.
• Welcome guests and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.
