Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage your territory autonomously.
• Clinical or Bioscience background.
• Fluent in German, good knowledge of English.
• French language would be an advantage but not essential.
• Valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate and sell surgical instruments and equipment for Laparoscopy Imaging and Surgical Devices divisions.
• Develop and execute sales forecasts in collaboration with sales management.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers and prospective clients.
• Regularly acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in organizing and conducting customer events such as trade fairs, workshops, and seminars.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities through independent research.
• Report activities and plan weekly sales strategies.
• Execute sales tasks accurately within the territory.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and internal sales support team.
• You will have authority for daily sales activities and pricing decisions within established minimum margins.
• Keep sales management informed about order status, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Follow all relevant quality management guidelines.
• Share suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with the Sales Manager and inside sales team.
