Olympus Schweiz AG is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales for Surgical Endoscopy & Devices in the French-speaking West Switzerland region. You will plan, execute, and monitor sales activities for our portfolio, focusing on endoscopy towers and handheld instruments, while meeting targets and maintaining healthy margins.

The role requires proven sales results in healthcare/medical devices, strong English/French skills (German a plus), and the ability to work autonomously within a team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare/medical devices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service.
• Independent, proactive and results-driven.
• Ability to work autonomously in a team.
• Clinical or Bioscience background.
• Fluent in French; English knowledge helpful; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate and sell surgical instruments and equipment.
• Develop and execute sales forecasts with sales management.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships.
• Organize and conduct customer events (trade fairs, workshops).
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Report activities and plan weekly sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within territory.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and inside sales team.
• Maintain awareness of quality guidelines.
