Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a D365 SCM Project Manager & Functional Consultant for a hybrid role in Switzerland. You will own ERP projects, combining ~50% project management with 50% hands-on functional work in Dynamics 365 SCM, and collaborate with internal teams and partners.

The role requires strong German and fluent English, plus proven ERP project delivery. Travel to project sites is expected and relocation support may be available.

D365 SCM Project Manager & Functional Consultant

Take ownership of international ERP projects while continuing to work directly with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

Our client, an established international group, is looking for an experienced D365 professional to join its internal team. The position combines approximately 50% project management and 50% hands‑on functional work, with a clear focus on supply chain processes.

You will help business teams turn operational requirements into practical solutions, while taking responsibility for project planning, coordination and delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Define project scope, priorities, milestones and delivery plans with business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements workshops, analyse processes and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Configure D365 SCM within your area of expertise and validate business scenarios with key users.
• Coordinate internal teams and implementation partners, managing risks, dependencies and progress.
• Prepare testing, user acceptance and go-live activities, then support the business through the initial operational phase.
• Challenge requests constructively and make effective use of standard D365 functionality.

Your experience

You bring both practical D365 SCM expertise and proven ERP project management experience.

We are particularly interested in understanding the projects you have personally led, the SCM modules you have worked with, and the configuration and testing activities you have carried out yourself.

You will also bring:

• Strong business analysis skills and the ability to lead productive workshops.
• Experience coordinating business stakeholders, functional specialists and external partners.
• Confidence managing delivery while remaining involved in the functional solution.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain decisions to business and technical audiences.

Experience across a complete D365 implementation, including go-live, would be particularly valuable.

Very good written and spoken German and fluent English are essential.
