LikeMind Recruitment Limited is partnering with an established Microsoft Dynamics consultancy expanding in Switzerland. We seek experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultants to join the initial Swiss delivery team, ready to shape early growth and client delivery.

The role is customer-facing and delivery-focused, with opportunities to drive workshops, design sessions and end-to-end implementations across Swiss and international customers.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years ERP consulting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
• Able to independently own a functional area or workstream.
• Good understanding of business processes, not just system configuration.
• Experience within a Microsoft Partner / consultancy strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations for Swiss and international customers

• Typically 5+ years ERP consulting experience
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects
• Able to independently own a functional area or workstream
• Good understanding of business processes, not just system configuration
• Experience within a Microsoft Partner / consultancy strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Interest in joining an early-stage Swiss team rather than an already mature organisation

Language

• Fluent German required
• French would be an additional benefit
