NextKidney in Lausanne is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Assistant to support day-to-day logistics, from purchase orders to shipment and delivery to clinics and partners. The role is on-site in Lausanne and part-time 60–80% (3–4 days per week).

You will work with our Global Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, manage POs in SAGE X3, ensure accurate inventory records, and help improve supply chain processes in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial, technical or vocational qualification; further education in supply chain, logistics or procurement is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or industrial operations.
• Hands-on experience using an ERP system for purchase orders, inventory or logistics transactions is required.
• Experience with SAGE X3 is a plus.
• French and English at minimum B2 level are required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Monitor orders and shipments, identify potential delays or discrepancies and elevate issues when appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of supply chain and logistics processes.

For our Supply Chain Department, Procurement and Logistics department

We are looking for a a Supply Chain Assistant to support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, from purchase orders to shipment, delivery and receipt.

As Nextkidney prepares for the next stages of product development and commercialization, you will play a key role in ensuring that equipment and materials reach clinics and other partners on time for upcoming clinical activities.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, well organized and comfortable coordinating orders, shipments and operational documentation in an international environment. You will work closely with our Global Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist and progressively take ownership of operational supply chain activities.

As this is an operational role supporting our local team and logistics activities, regular on-site presence in Lausanne is required. The position is offered at 60–80%, typically corresponding to 3–4 working days per week.

Profile

Commercial, technical or vocational qualification. Further education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Hands-on, reliable and proactive, with good communication and follow-up skills.

Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing or another regulated environment is a plus.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong willingness to learn.

Regular on-site presence in Lausanne is required.We offer
