Evooq is seeking a Structured Products Sales Support professional who is a recent graduate with a hands-on mindset to oversee structured products transactions on our ELUS platform. The role requires fluency in English and German and a proactive approach to client and internal stakeholder interactions.

You will manage trade lifecycles, coordinate post-trade processes, and support the sales team with term sheets and communications with issuers and custodian banks.

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions, from pricing to post-trade processes including brokerage coordination.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, offering first-line support on trade-related and technical matters and ensuring timely settlement.
• Handle client requests for primary and secondary market activities, ensuring smooth order processing and strong client relationships.
• Assist the sales team by following up with clients, reviewing term sheets, and communicating with issuers and custodian banks.
• Compile and analyze trade execution data, monitor markets and prepare weekly investment summaries for clients.

Now we're looking for you:

a Self motivated, recent graduate Sales Support professional with platform savvy and a hands-on mindset to oversee structured products transactions on our ELUS platform.

You must be fluent in English and German to be considered for this position.

What you'll do as a Structured Products Sales Support:

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions, from initial pricing and execution through to post-trade processes, including brokerage coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, offering first-line support on trade-related and technical matters, as well as ensuring timely settlement.
• Handle client requests linked to both primary and secondary market activities, ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assist the sales team by following up with clients, reviewing term sheets, and managing communication with issuers and custodian banks.
• Compile and analyze trade execution data, monitor financial markets and industry developments to identify potential opportunities, and prepare weekly investment summaries (RUNs) for clients.

What you'll need as a Structured Products Sales Support:

• Research and resolve queries raised by external vendors and partners.
• Take ownership of incidents, respond directly to clients, and manage resolutions end-to-end.
• Deliver professional support in technical troubleshooting, helping users resolve system-related issues effectively.
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Offer feedback to enhance internal processes and contribute ideas for improving product performance and user experience.
