Evooq, headquartered in Lausanne, seeks a Junior Application & Integration Specialist to lead the technical integration of our wealth-management software in client environments, coordinating with client IT teams and project managers, on cloud and on-premise platforms and handling upgrades.

The role blends application management (70%–80%) and project management (20%–30%), requiring strong SQL, Docker, Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills, plus fluency in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Support the client in implementing the necessary infrastructure and deployments.
• Configure and manage application releases (deployments/upgrades) and guide customers through release processes.
• Configure the application per client requirements and assist client teams in setup.
• Interact with client on infrastructure changes and upgrades.
• Liaise with Evooq product development teams if needed.
• Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients and track progress.
• Collaborate with client project teams and product teams to ensure successful upgrades.

Junior Application & Integration Specialist

We aim to operate all wealth management activities on the same platform, regardless of the business line (advisory, discretionary, for banks and IAMs, and later on Institutional Management, multi-family offices, etc.).

Today, we deliver a full-featured application for advisors from dozens of major banks.

Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding and looking for an Junior Application & Integration Specialist in our headquarters in Lausanne.

As a Junior Application & Integration Specialist, you'll lead the technical integration of our software/ products in our client’s environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client’s infrastructure (cloud and on-premise) as well as regular version upgrades.

Application Management (70% to 80%)

• Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure
• Manage and configure application releases (deployments and upgrades) or guide the customer throughout the release process
• Configure the application according to the requirements provided by the the client/ Assist client application management teams in the application setup
• Proactively participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades
• Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.
• If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams

Project Management (20% to 30%)

• Coordinate version upgrades for existing clients
• Track progress, manage risk and issues, and provide regular status updates for version upgrades

• successful upgrade

What skills you'll need as a Junior Application & Integration Specialist:

• Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases.
• Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.
• Good knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc).
• Good knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc).
• Decent experience with information system troubleshooting.
• Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both English and French - Mandatory

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous.
• DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift.
• Proven experience driving or supporting IT projects (Agile or Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and/or ITIL processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
