Lombard Odier Investment Managers is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate to join LOIM’s Transformation team. You will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation and executive governance, translating priorities into measurable outcomes and supporting senior leaders.

You’ll help prioritise LOIM’s AI agenda, contribute to LOIM 2030, and provide analytics and execution support across cross-functional priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in asset management or related fields.
• Strong financial acumen; financial services knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Alteryx; Power BI, SQL or Python a plus.
• Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Support LOIM transformation initiatives including AI and LOIM 2030 priorities.
• Conduct business, financial analyses and develop business cases with value tracking.
• Monitor priorities, resources, milestones, risks and value realisation.
• Work with initiative owners and senior stakeholders to drive delivery and outcomes.
• Support portfolio prioritisation and strategic trade-offs, driving actions to execution.
• Prepare strategic analyses for the Co-Heads under guidance of the Chief of Staff.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and ensure alignment across senior stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality materials for Board meetings, Executive Committees and Steering Committees.
• Contribute to Townhalls, management communications and key executive events.
• Build management dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support executive decisions.
• Provide flexible analytical and execution support on Chief of Staff priorities.
