Avaloq is seeking a senior strategy professional to shape long-term corporate strategy and drive major development initiatives in Zurich. You will work directly with the executive leadership to define priorities and evaluate growth opportunities, translating concepts into executable programs.

This highly visible role demands strategic insight, commercial judgment, and the ability to steer complex initiatives from concept to execution in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role.
• Deep understanding of banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic decision support.
• Proven ability to structure complex topics into clear recommendations and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage executives across functions and geographies.
• High ownership, resilience, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and business outcomes
• Independently lead strategic analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations on growth, transformation, and performance improvement topics
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions
• Drive executive-level discussions, prepare Board and Executive Leadership materials, and support strategic decision-making processes
