You will own the test strategy, establish a comprehensive testing framework including unit and functional testing, coordinate end-to-end test execution, mentor a small test team, and report on quality metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Test Management within complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies with emphasis on unit and functional testing.
• Proven experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the overall test strategy and test concept for a complex migration.
• Establish the testing framework covering unit, functional and comparison testing.
• Coordinate end-to-end test execution from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and project management to align testing objectives.
• Lead and mentor a small test team and manage resource planning.
• Monitor progress, defects and quality metrics and drive process improvements.
• Produce comprehensive test plans, test cases, reports and management updates.
