For a challenging SAP migration project, we are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Test Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on operational test management, interface coordination, and management reporting.

The project involves migrating a complex SAP system landscape from an existing on‑premise platform to the cloud.

The test concept, test planning, and technical architecture and interface overviews have already been developed in detail. Therefore, the focus of this role is on the operational implementation and coordination of test activities across numerous teams, systems, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• * Operational implementation of the existing test concept and defined test plan
• * Planning, management, and tracking of test activities across multiple teams
• * Coordination of end-to-end and integration tests within a complex interface landscape
• * Alignment of dependencies, test activities, and open issues between participating teams
• * Ensuring test coverage for relevant functional and non-functional test types
• * Support with test scope, test packages, and prioritization for agile teams and departments
• * Coordination and tracking of defects, incidents, risks, and dependencies
• * Development and maintenance of consistent test reporting across various tools
• * Consolidation of test results into clear and management-ready reports
• * Planning and coordination of business acceptance testing
• * Moderation of defect boards and coordination of deadlines, priorities, and dependencies* Ongoing communication regarding test progress, risks, acceptance status, and open defects
• * Close collaboration with integration teams, departments, technical teams, external partners, security, and project management

Experience:

• * Several years of experience in operational test management or test coordination of complex IT projects
• * Experience in planning and managing test activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• * Experience with end-to-end and integration tests in complex system and interface landscapes
• * Experience managing a high number of system dependencies, interfaces, and involved teams
• * Good basic knowledge of SAP system landscapes and practical experience in an SAP-related environment
• * Experience in defect management, incident management, and risk and progress reporting
• * Experience in the operational implementation of existing test strategies and test concepts
• * Experience in migration, transformation, or similar complex IT projects is an advantage
• * Experience with business acceptance testing is an advantage
• * Ability to present test results clearly, objectively, and in a way that is suitable for management
• * Strong communication and moderation skills, and a confident demeanor when dealing with technical and business stakeholders
