AS Watson in Zürich is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the International Buying team in tender preparation, supplier sourcing and contract coordination across multiple European markets. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, strong supplier partnerships and compliant processes.

The role offers a hybrid working model with a focus on data-driven cost optimisation, process improvement and adoption of AI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in team assistant, coordination or procurement support in fast-paced environments.
• High accuracy in handling data, contracts and financial information.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders across markets.
• Fluent English; German or Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient with Office 365; open to Canva and AI tools.
• Proactive mindset to improve processes and support team success.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end international tender processes, from sourcing to contract execution.
• Support the International Buying team in cost optimisation and margin improvements.
• Manage contract administration, including extensions and key terms.
• Serve as a coordination point across Zurich, European units and suppliers.
• Provide hands-on operational support: reporting files, meetings, follow-ups.
• Oversee contract filing and product sample coordination for efficiency.
• Introduce AI-assisted tools for templating and deadline management.
