DHL Express Schweiz in Regensdorf seeks a Telesales Executive (m/w/d) 100% to manage a portfolio of around 500 SME customers and grow their DHL services. You will use telephone, virtual meetings, and video messages to engage new and existing clients.

Ideal candidates have sales experience, fluent French and English (German a plus), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset. On-site role with team-based, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in sales (training period or full job).
• Fluent knowledge of French and English (German is a plus).
• Pronounced communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer and service orientation and a strong quality awareness.
• Autonomous with organisational and self-discipline skills.
• Team player in an international team and environment.
• Interest and understanding in the logistics and transport business.
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype, Team, Zoom, Loom).

Aufgaben

• You manage a Customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies through all communication tools.
• You develop the activity of your portfolio and retain new customers.
• You identify customer needs and promote DHL services.
• You acquire and retain new customers based on leads from the Lead Qualification department.
• You ensure tariff and volume policy alignment.
