Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Supplier Engagement Leader in Switzerland (Aargau) to partner with commodity leaders and suppliers, driving supply strategy, delivery performance, and lean initiatives across MSD, BOP, and HRSG value streams. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and deep sourcing experience.

The position offers a permanent contract, travel up to 25–40%, and opportunities for development within a global energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or PM in power generation or EPC sectors.
• Significant sourcing and supply chain experience in power generation or EPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commodity leaders to execute supply strategy.
• Improve supplier delivery performance for products and documentation.
• Establish daily management processes for project status and risks.
• Extend lean thinking to suppliers and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address systemic delivery delays.
• Provide expertise in process development, capacity planning, and inventory.
