Zusammenfassung

VAT Group is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape and execute strategic sourcing across Packaging, IT and selected Professional Services. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, analyze spend and risks, negotiate contracts and partner with global stakeholders to deliver sustainable value and reduced total cost.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 5+ years in procurement, and fluency in German and English. Based in Haag, St.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing and/or category management in a global environment.
• Proven experience in Packaging procurement or strategic sourcing with strong supplier market knowledge.
• Track record of leading strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity to value realization.
• Strong negotiation and supplier performance management skills.
• Experience across global markets and multi-site, matrix organizations.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with ERP, eSourcing or procurement platforms is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Packaging, Professional Services, IT and other categories.
• Analyze spend, demand, supplier markets and risks to identify value opportunities.
• Develop supplier strategies and roadmaps to strengthen competitiveness and resilience.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes from opportunity through RFx, negotiation and implementation.
• Lead complex negotiations and craft commercial and contractual solutions with stakeholders and Legal.
• Evaluate suppliers and drive performance, consolidation and relationship optimization.
