Job summary

Lindt- is seeking a senior procurement professional to shape global and regional indirect sourcing strategies across IT, consulting, HR and Insurance categories. You will partner with Head Group Indirect Procurement and local teams to drive value while maintaining quality and service.

The role requires 5+ years in global procurement, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools. Fluency in English is required; German, Italian, or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a global/regional procurement organization in FMCG or food industry.
• Consolidated indirect procurement experience with regional/global sourcing projects across major categories.
• Experience in complex negotiations with senior stakeholders and in defining commercial models.
• Proven track record delivering year-on-year cost reductions while maintaining service levels.
• Strong stakeholder management with central and local buy-in across locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing strategies across IT, Consulting, Retail Shops Furniture, HR and Insurances.
• Work with Head Group Indirect Procurement to implement multi-year value delivery initiatives.
• Establish master service agreements with Group Legal and coordinate with local teams.
• Organize cross-country workshops and share best practices across regions.
• Provide insights on regional/global market developments for key categories.
• Ensure templates and tools are available for all stakeholders and use e-sourcing when appropriate.
