Beyond Gravity, Zürich-based leader in space systems, is seeking a seasoned Global Indirect Procurement professional to shape and execute category strategies across Corporate Services, Engineering Services, Travel and Contingent Workforce.

You will own end-to-end strategic sourcing, drive savings, manage supplier performance, and ensure governance with Legal, Finance and Compliance across our international sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law or related field.
• 5–8+ years of indirect procurement experience in an international environment.
• Experience in sourcing complex services and managing categories such as Corporate Services, Engineering Services, Travel or Contingent Workforce.
• Strong negotiation, tendering, contract lifecycle management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba or comparable source-to-pay tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel, Contingent Workforce and other assigned indirect procurement categories.
• Analyse spend, demand, supplier markets, benchmarks and business requirements to identify savings, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, standardisation and risk-reduction opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including market engagement, RFI/RFP processes, bid evaluations, business cases, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Govern the engagement of consultants, contractors, interim managers, staffing agencies and other external service providers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable country requirements.
• Manage strategic suppliers and service providers by establishing KPIs, SLAs and regular performance reviews, addressing escalations and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with global functions to align procurement strategies with business needs, budgets and operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval and signature authorities, contract requirements, purchase-to-pay processes, information security, export control and sustainability standards.
• Monitor and report savings, cost avoidance, contract coverage, sourcing pipelines, supplier performance and category risks to Procurement leadership.
