Beyond Gravity in Zurich seeks an experienced senior procurement leader to shape and execute global indirect procurement strategies across Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel and Contingent Workforce.

You will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, negotiate terms, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance, collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Legal and international sites to drive value and reduce risk.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of indirect procurement experience in an international environment.
• Proven experience in sourcing complex services and managing categories such as Corporate Services, Engineering Services, Professional Services, Travel or Contingent Workforce.
• Strong commercial negotiation, tendering, contract lifecycle management, supplier performance and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including spend analysis, business case development and the ability to quantify savings and cost avoidance.
• Working knowledge of procurement governance, approval controls, purchase-to-pay processes and compliance requirements for external service engagements.
• Fluency in English and German, with the ability to negotiate, draft documentation, present recommendations and lead cross‑functional discussions in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel, Contingent Workforce and other assigned indirect procurement categories.
• Analyse spend, demand, supplier markets, benchmarks and business requirements to identify savings, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, standardisation and risk-reduction opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including market engagement, RFI/RFP processes, bid evaluations, business cases, negotiations and award recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service levels and framework agreements in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Compliance and relevant business stakeholders.
• Govern the engagement of consultants, contractors, interim managers, staffing agencies and other external service providers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable country requirements.
• Manage strategic suppliers and service providers by establishing KPIs, SLAs and regular performance reviews, addressing escalations and driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with global functions, Engineering, People & Culture and local sites to align procurement strategies with business needs, budgets and operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval and signature authorities, contract requirements, purchase-to-pay processes, information security, export control and sustainability standards.
• Monitor and report savings, cost avoidance, contract coverage, sourcing pipelines, supplier performance and category risks to Procurement leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Drive procurement process improvements, stakeholder training and global initiatives to strengthen procurement governance, transparency and value delivery across Beyond Gravity.
