Qualifikationen

3–4+ years of sourcing experience, especially for electromechanical components.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work globally across US, EMEA, AP or similar regions.
Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
Understanding of market drivers and cost structures.
