Job summary

MMG Management Consulting GmbH in Zurich seeks a Consultant – Sourcing (80%‑100%). You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, identify and evaluate suppliers, and contribute to vendor negotiations for diverse client projects.

The role offers growth with senior mentors and exposure to high-impact engagements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consulting or sourcing, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or strategic sourcing.
• Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's/Master's).
• Fluent German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for clients with senior support.
• Identify, select, and evaluate suppliers.
• Contribute to contract negotiations with vendors.
• Prepare and present clear presentations, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.
• Contribute ideas and input to the strategic direction of the sourcing department.
• Support the implementation of sourcing tools and technologies to improve processes.
