As a boutique consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Consultant – Sourcing (80% - 100%) for our Zurich office.

Are you a sourcing professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in strategic sourcing who is ready to take ownership of projects and drive results independently for our clients. Join our team and collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective sourcing solutions, backed by the expertise of experienced colleagues. Your contributions will play an active role in delivering high-quality results for our clients.

Tasks

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for clients, with senior support on complex or high-stakes engagements
• Identify, select, and evaluate suppliers, applying growing industry expertise
• Contribute to contract negotiations with vendors, with growing autonomy
• Prepare and present clear, well-structured presentations, documentation, and reports
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with client objectives
• Contribute ideas and input to the strategic direction of the sourcing department
• Support the implementation of sourcing tools and technologies to improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or strategic sourcing
• Track record of delivering high-quality results independently
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS365)
• Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English
