Zusammenfassung

Convera is seeking a Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients in Switzerland from Zurich. You will blend relationship management with commercial ownership to drive revenue and client success across international payments, FX, and risk solutions.

You will engage clients, promote self-service capabilities, and work with cross-functional teams to deepen relationships and deliver value in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• B2B sales, account management experience with revenue ownership.
• Cross-border payments, FX, or financial services familiarity.
• Knowledge of ICPs, stakeholder management, and buying journeys.
• Portfolio management experience with quota responsibility.
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot).
• Strong digital literacy and ability to leverage AI tools.
• Fluent English and Swiss German / German or French.
