Swisslinx AG is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Zurich to develop and manage relationships with Swiss corporate clients across the market. You will lead negotiations, assess credit needs and deliver tailored Corporate Banking solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate banking, strong relationship skills, and fluency in German and English, with Chinese as a plus, in an international, on-site setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• Around 15+ years of relevant experience within a financial institution, ideally Corporate Banking/Relationship Management.
• Strong track record managing Swiss corporate clients and developing relationships with senior decision-makers.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join an international banking environment in Zurich, taking responsibility for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients across the Swiss market.

Requirements

• Manage and further develop a portfolio of Swiss corporate clients, including large corporates, multinational companies and SMEs.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, including Board Members, CEOs, CFOs and Treasurers.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions across a broad range of Corporate Banking products and services.
• Conduct client visits, credit assessments, due diligence and KYC activities.
• Prepare credit ratings, credit proposals and business applications, while monitoring client limits, ratings and relevant financial information.
• Take an active role in risk management, including the ongoing review of client financial performance.
• Leverage internal expertise and an international banking network to develop solutions and business opportunities for Swiss corporate clients.
• Contribute to the continued development of the bank's presence and corporate client relationships in the Swiss market.
• Experience within the commodity sector and Trade Finance would be particularly valuable.

Competences

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
• Around 15+ years of relevant experience within a financial institution, ideally within Corporate Banking and Relationship Management.
• Strong track record managing and developing relationships with Swiss corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of credit analysis, lending, risk management and Corporate Banking products.
• Experience in Trade Finance and/or the commodity sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Swiss work authorization or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.
