Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in B2B sales, account management, or relationship management.
• 2+ years in cross-border payments, FX, financial services, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of ICPs and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing a portfolio with revenue/quota responsibility.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
• Strong digital literacy and passion for AI tools to boost performance.
• Fluent English and Swiss German / German or French.

• Own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of each client’s business and international payment needs.
