Job summary

Flex Precision Plastic Solutions (Switzerland) AG seeks a Technical Sales Manager to drive European growth in the medical plastics sector. You will report to the Head of Sales & Program Management and lead development of strategic customer relationships across Europe.

Responsibilities include acquiring new medical/pharma clients, managing negotiations, and deploying resources to maximize profitable growth. Travel about 20% and a strong network in Europe are advantageous.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, natural sciences or business administration.
Self-motivated sales professional with the ability to develop new business and win new customers.
Independent and structured working style with strong closing skills and teamwork.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in German and English; additional European language is a plus.
Willingness to travel across Europe approx. 20% and a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Independently acquire new customers in the medical and pharmaceutical industries across Europe.
Drive active business development and relationship management to support existing programs.
Lead negotiations for new opportunities and quotations; support Swiss sites with commercial matters.
Analyze customers’ strategy and product plans to deploy Flex resources for growth.
Develop strategic relationships with key customers across Europe.
Present innovative business strategies to management and key customers within an international environment.
