Two.jobs GmbH seeks a Head of Strategic Purchasing Group to lead and optimize procurement across the group from winterthur region. You will consolidate needs, establish framework contracts, and negotiate with suppliers in collaboration with line managers.

The role starts 01.01.2027 or by arrangement, offers 80–100% FTE, and requires strong German and English fluency with additional French being a plus. Building synergies and driving sustainability are key focuses.

Qualifikationen

• Federal Diploma or equivalent in purchasing management or strategic purchasing.
• At least seven years in strategic purchasing, with senior/group-wide experience.
• Proven negotiation strength and successful complex negotiations.
• Solid contractual knowledge (Swiss law, GTC, Incoterms) and spend analyses.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and continuously optimize procurement strategies for the group.
• Methodically and commercially support the departments of all companies in purchasing.
• Identify synergy potentials within the group and implement corresponding measures.
• Strategically select, evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers.
• Establish group-wide framework contracts and preferred supplier relationships.
• Create cost calculations and economic analyses as a basis for decision-making.
• Derive and implement measures from cost, risk, and sustainability management.
• Assess contractually relevant purchasing conditions, create and negotiate quality agreements.
• Define and maintain group-wide procurement standards and processes.
