The World Economic Forum in Geneva is seeking a Programme Specialist to support the Global Wildfire Leadership Network within the Forest Future Alliance. You will coordinate day-to-day network activities, engage members, and ensure high-quality delivery of events and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and 2–5 years in programme delivery or partnerships, strong project management, and excellent English communication. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, resilience, or public policy.
• 2–5 years of programme delivery, partnerships, networks experience.
• Strong project management and operations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones with servant leadership values.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day network management, workplans and member engagement.
• Support onboarding and member journey delivery with the wider team.
• Coordinate regular member exchanges, knowledge capture, and follow‑through.
• Assist with events planning, speaker coordination and run‑of‑show tasks.
• Maintain programme infrastructure and track outputs and impact indicators.
