Zusammenfassung

UNOPS is supporting the GFCR Secretariat in Geneva, delivering portfolio oversight, monitoring, and knowledge sharing. The Portfolio Manager will lead portfolio coordination, risk management, and performance analysis to ensure GFCR-funded programmes meet objectives and adhere to blended finance principles.

Responsibilities include developing tools for evaluation, coordinating with UNEP and other partners, and supervising a team of portfolio specialists.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years (with master’s) or 9 years (with bachelor’s) of relevant work experience in project management.
• Experience in project/programmes portfolio management and coordination, including project monitoring and quality assurance.

• Programme portfolio management across GFCR portfolio.
• Monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement.
• Programmes proposals technical reviews.
• Partnerships development and team management.
• Oversees and manages risk and monitoring frameworks.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations, Programme or Project Management, Economics or related fields

Master’s degree in any of the above or related fields
