Zusammenfassung

UNOPS GFCR Secretariat in Geneva seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager to oversee the GFCR programme portfolio,drive strategic development, and ensure effective performance aligned with blended finance objectives.

The role reports to the GFCR Deputy Director and covers portfolio development, risk management, monitoring, and knowledge sharing across UN agencies and partners, in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years (with master’s degree) or 9 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in climate, environment, or development sectors.
• Experience in project/programmes portfolio management and coordination, including project monitoring and quality assurance.
• Track record of managing donor-funded projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead portfolio coordination, programme monitoring, technical reviews, risk management, reporting and impact analysis.
• Oversee and manage monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement across GFCR.
• Conduct technical reviews of concepts notes and programme proposals and contribute to strategy alignment.
• Supervise and manage a team of Portfolio Specialist(s) and Programme Analyst(s), including coaching and development.
• Ensure programmatic collaboration with other trust funds and stakeholders.
