Global Fund for Coral Reefs (GFCR) in Geneva seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio development, monitoring, and performance analysis in a UNOPS-supported framework. You will supervise a small team, drive technical reviews, and coordinate with UNEP and partners to ensure blended finance aligns with GFCR objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with sufficient experience.
• Experience in project/portfolio management and donor-funded projects.
• International experience and engagement with partners and donors.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate overall GFCR portfolio development and management.
• Lead monitoring, reporting and impact measurement for the portfolio.
• Conduct technical reviews of concepts and proposals; ensure alignment with blended finance.
• Develop partnerships and provide financial modeling support as needed.
• Supervise Portfolio Specialist(s) and Programme Analyst(s); manage workload and deliverables.
