Job summary

Genentech seeks a Portfolio Leader to deliver portfolio strategy, management, and analytics across Pharma partnerships. You will develop financial models, quantify risk, and provide insights to shape the Roche Pharma portfolio.

You will work with Finance, Data Science, and Informatics teams to translate complex models into actionable portfolio delivery. The role involves collaboration with Executives, creation of quarterly portfolio reports, and development of analytics to drive capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or Engineering required.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of disease/drug development and portfolio dynamics.
• Experience translating models into actionable portfolio decisions.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and Tableau to automate analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio strategy and analytics to Pharma and Roche partners.
• Develop analytical tools and financial models to shape the portfolio.
• Create governance-ready portfolio content and executive materials.
• Support decision making with valuation, risk assessment and metrics.
• Design insights and visualizations for quarterly reports and benchmarking.
