Roche is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Leader in Basel to guide strategic direction across early and late pipeline assets and on-market products. You will leverage AI-driven analytics and synthesize scientific, clinical, and commercial insights to influence senior leadership and business decisions.

You will partner with GPS, R&D, PDMA, and commercial teams to drive lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, and competitive readiness while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; MD/PhD/MBA preferred.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic thought partner guiding disease area, therapeutic area and enterprise strategy.
• Shape competitive strategies including positioning, messaging and launch plans.
• Collaborate with GPS, R&D, PDMA, Medical Affairs, BD and commercial teams to embed insights across the business.
• Lead strategic initiatives with clear objectives and manage external agencies and internal partners.
• Champion AI-driven insights and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Assess external opportunities and risks, informing investment decisions and partnerships.
• Enhance competitive readiness in pre-launch and marketed products and drive portfolio value.
