Novartis seeks a senior TA Strategy Head to shape external benchmarking, analysis and insights to drive the TA strategy for Oncology & Hematology. You will support R&D and commercial teams with in-market experience in the US and Basel-based operations, contributing to short-, mid-, and long-term growth.

The role requires deep TA knowledge and a track record in strategy development, with the ability to manage multiple programs and external studies across international markets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with oncology/hematology TA is preferred.
• Industry experience in pharma or medical devices is required.
