Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Manager, Commercial Executive Operations for the CNE Region, based in Basel. The role drives cross-functional initiatives, governance, and scalable frameworks to enhance regional collaboration and operational readiness, reporting to the VP, General Manager, CNE Region.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in complex programs within biopharma or life sciences, strong governance, event management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 8+ years in cross-functional programs within biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience in project management, business operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Project management certification or in progress.
• Proven ability to influence governance and deliver outcomes across global operations.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Strong event management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication across functions and cultures.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Basel.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership to execute complex cross-functional initiatives across CNE operations.
• Support integrated governance frameworks and strategic alignment.
• Own fast-paced regional calendar across time zones.
• Plan internal CNE events including kick-offs and quarterly meetings.
• Organize monthly Leadership Team and governance meetings, with minutes.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure connected teams.
• Manage international travel itineraries and arrangements.
• Ensure budget tracking, reporting and documentation integrity.
• Coordinate internal contract management and purchasing with governance.
• Support office setup across CNE and affiliates.
