A key element of the role is close and continuous alignment with the European Marketing and Omnichannel organization, ensuring that global and European strategies are consistently translated into locally relevant and market-oriented execution. Furthermore, the consistent alignment and collaboration with Medical Affairs, Strategic Planning and Operations and all other relevant functions is crucial for success.
The Associate Director, Marketing, Switzerland does not act as a traditional "planning and approval point", but as an active enabler of an agile, cross-functional and data-driven Commercial System, with a strong focus on speed, relevance and customer centricity.
