Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a senior leader to coordinate its European network of commercialization partners, distributors, and alliances. You will report to the VP, GM, CNE and build a high-functioning team focused on partner operations, scalable models, and cross-functional execution across external partners and regional/global leads.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to drive launches across multiple markets, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine preferred, with at least 12+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical leadership experience.
  • Significant experience managing international commercialization partners, distributors, licensing relationships, or alliances.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing European commercialization strategies and supporting product launches across multiple markets.
  • In-depth experience developing, negotiating, and operationalizing commercialization, distribution, licensing, or alliance agreements.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills to build strategic alignment and drive cross-functional decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to build teams, lead highly matrixed organizations, and influence global, regional, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with commercial operations, distribution, customer service, order-to-cash, or related operational capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for helping cancer patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the European commercialization partnership strategy across distributors, commercialization partners, and alliances.
  • Serve as the owner of partner governance, relationship management, and operational performance, including executive business reviews and issue resolution.
  • Build and lead a team to drive core capabilities and coordinate regional partner management, commercialization operations, and scalable support for launches and new countries.
  • Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage commercialization agreements in partnership with Legal, Finance, regional leadership, and global functions.
  • Champion the operating model by aligning external partners, regional and global leads accountable for access, pricing, commercial and medical strategy, around consistent execution.
  • Drive launch readiness across partner markets by ensuring the operational infrastructure, distribution, supply, financial processes, training, and cross-functional support are in place for successful execution.
  • Coordinate commercial operational capabilities across partner markets, including distribution, customer service, order-to-cash, third-party logistics, and related execution processes.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access to ensure coordinated execution and compliance.
  • Establish performance standards, KPIs, dashboards, and governance forums that enable data-driven decision-making, enhance partner experience, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate commercialization risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and ensure partner execution aligns with global strategy and local market requirements.
  • Provide coaching and development to build a highly effective, accountable, and patient-focused team.
  • Up to 50% travel required.

The Opportunity:

This newly created role will coordinate Revolution Medicines' European network of commercialization partners, distributors, and regional alliances. This position will report to the VP, GM, CNE and will build a high-functioning and high-efficient team focused on partner operations and active relationship management, establish scalable operating models, and coordinate execution across external partners, regional cross-functional leads, and global functions. Candidates should be strategic, highly collaborative, and willing to operate hands-on in a growing organization.
