Roche seeks an Operations Portfolio Lead in Diagnostics Global Operations to drive end-to-end portfolio strategy, balancing supply, cost, and quality across a global network. The role requires translating business goals into actionable priorities, leading cross-functional teams and managing investments.

You will influence senior stakeholders, own lifecycle roadmaps, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business discipline (Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration).
• Minimum 8 years in diagnostics/pharma with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality & Regulatory exposure.
• 5 years of leadership in a global setting with indirect, functional matrix leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end operations product portfolio strategies for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply interruptions and optimize cost structures.
• Plan and execute product care and process improvement roadmaps to improve quality and reliability.
• Act as primary point of contact and Global Operations representative in Life Cycle Teams and Product Care Quality Teams.
• Manage stakeholder networks across Customer Areas, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and sites.
• Drive governance, budget reviews, and portfolio investments using a Total Cost of Ownership approach.
• Balance resources and capacities across networks to meet business objectives.
• Provide matrix leadership to cross-functional leaders and expert squads.
• Foster customer focus, psychological safety, and operational excellence.
