UEFA UC3 seeks a Business Operations Manager to drive operational planning, coordination and delivery of commercial programmes across clubs, agencies and stakeholders. You will help translate commercial objectives into high-quality operational delivery while fostering strong relationships and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sports administration or related fields.
• Strong track record in financial management is an asset.
• Familiarity with UEFA structures, EFC and club football operations is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to collaboration frameworks with UEFA, agencies, partners and clubs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of agency-managed events aligned with UC3 objectives.
• Manage club engagement initiatives, stakeholder forums and working groups.
• Lead operational projects and programmes from a commercial perspective.
• Ensure successful delivery of partner rights and promotional activities across UEFA club competitions.
• Drive continuous improvements in operational processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate support services including IT, travel, HR and facilities for UC3.
• Oversee UC3’s guest management and protocol activities.
• Support sustainable operational structures for UC3 and stakeholders.
