Job summary

Novelis seeks a Network Planner (m/f/d) for Beverage & Packaging in our European operations. You will develop production plans to meet service levels, optimize costs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, SAP/ERP expertise, and experience with digitization tools. Hybrid work is available across European sites including Küsnacht and other plants.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication.
• Open minded and solution oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; German and/or French are a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP) and ERP systems integration.
• Experience with digitization, RPA, visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and coding is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans to meet customer service levels.
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization projects.
• Maintain replenishment strategy at defined stock level via statistical analysis.
• Optimize service level delivery at lowest possible costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast planning.
• Orchestrate metal flow across the supply chain network considering capacity, inventory and cost.
• Develop and operate tools to run scenario models and determine supply chain results.
