Job summary

Mondelēz International in Zürich seeks a senior supply planning leader to oversee the planning for product families across Europe. You will drive the integrated planning and supply review processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to balance supply, capacity and costs over the next 12–18 months.

You will build and lead a world-class planning organization of about 300 people, advancing capabilities with data-driven methods and embracing o9 technology and AI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain planning in FMCG/CPG environments.
• Ability to drive IBP cycles and cross-functional alignment.
• Proven capability to lead large, diverse teams and complex programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a supply planning team responsible for category/business unit planning review in Europe.
• Lead the monthly supply review process with stakeholders in the integrated supply chain.
• Ensure agreement on supply plans, capacity constraints, and risks for 12–18 months.
• Support 18–36 month strategic capacity plans and manufacturing investments.
• Collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, business development and finance.
• Build, inspire and develop a world-class planning organization (~300 people).
• Drive capability improvements, including o9 technology and AI adoption.
