The ideal candidate holds an insurance diploma or university degree with FINMA registration, has broker experience with large clients, and excels in negotiation and strategic business development. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Insurance diploma and/or university degree, with FINMA registration.
• Past broker experience handling large domestic and multinational clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills with insurers and strong tender-reporting know-how.
• Strategic business development to expand client portfolios through cross-selling and new clients.
• Well organized and structured way of working; able to communicate at C‑level.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous portfolio management for clients, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers and insurers; coordinate with internal teams.
• Provide client care across all lines of business, monitor renewals and deadlines.
• Develop risk management solutions and coverage concepts; implement with brokers.
• Coordinate claims follow-up with the Claims department and maintain information systems.
• Expand business relationships with existing and new clients.
