Qualifikationen

• Insurance diploma or university degree and FINMA registration.
• Proven broker experience with large domestic or multinational clients.
• Strong negotiation with insurers and tender report experience.
• Strategic business development to grow client portfolios and cross-sell.
• Structured, well-organized work approach.
• Ability to communicate at C-level and well-connected in Swiss markets.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous management of an insurance portfolio for profitability and growth with a client service team.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
• Advise on coverage concepts and monitor renewal timelines.
• Develop risk management solutions and implement with brokers.
• Coordinate claims follow-up with the Claims department.
• Maintain internal information systems for portfolio management.
• Expand relationships with existing and new clients.
