Zusammenfassung

American International Group (AIG) in Zurich seeks a senior executive to lead Client & Broker Engagement for Switzerland and Austria. You will shape strategy, deepen market position, and drive new business with regional leadership, working closely with C-level stakeholders.

You will manage large corporate accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams across lines of business, and represent AIG at national and international events, with a strong network and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Strategic sales and broker management experience for large corporate clients.
• Regional leadership experience across ACH/Switzerland & Austria ideal.
• Strong network with corporate clients and in-house brokers across ACH region.

Aufgaben

• Strategic and executive-level management of large corporate clients and in-house brokers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align sales activities across regions and functions.
• Design and execute executive meetings, account reviews, and client events.
• Represent AIG at national and international industry events and forums.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets using CRM, KPI tracking, and portfolio management.
