• Experience as Account Executive for large domestic/multinational clients.
• Excellent negotiation with insurers and tender-reporting skills.
• Strategic business development across cross-selling and new clients.
• Well-organized and structured way of working.
• Ability to communicate at C-level.
• Fluent in German and English; French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous management of a client portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers and insurers.
• Provide client care across lines of business and monitor renewal timelines.
• Develop risk management solutions and coverage concepts with clients.
• Implement coverage concepts with specialist brokers.
• Coordinate claims follow-up with the Aon Claims department.
• Maintain internal information systems for portfolio management.
• Expand business with existing and new clients.
