GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across life sciences. You will define needs, post roles, source candidates across channels, screen applications, and build a robust pipeline while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with business teams, verify credentials, and support HR tasks as needed, leveraging your 3–6 years in talent acquisition and fluency in English and French. German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; a relevant certification or Master's is a plus.
• 3–6 years in talent acquisition or closely related HR function.
• Experience recruiting engineering profiles in life sciences / GMP.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm required.
• Fluent in English and French (German is a real plus).

Aufgaben

• Define recruitment needs and write job postings.
• Actively source candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen CVs and applications to identify top talent.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical skills and motivation.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Deliver a transparent, positive candidate experience with credential verification.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Work with business teams to understand role challenges and recruit best fit.
• Provide occasional HR administrative support (contracts, permits, etc.).
