Lelaps, a Swiss company specialising in advanced miniaturised electronic solutions, seeks an Industrial Business Project Manager near Delémont to lead strategic client portfolios, blend business development with project delivery, and align cross‑functional teams for success.

You will own the full lifecycle from needs assessment and commercial proposals to product launches and end‑of‑life management, report to management, and travel roughly once a month within Switzerland, Germany and France.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Microtechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in an industrial environment, preferably in electrical/electronics.
• Experience in project management or as a Product Owner in R&D or Industrialization.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP is an advantage.
• Fluency in French and German (C1) is required; English is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, combining business development activities with the management of associated projects.
• Identify growth opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for assigned key accounts.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from needs identification and proposals to product launch and end-of-life management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting to management, sales teams, clients, and partners.
• Take responsibility for service quality, cost control, timelines, profitability, and risk management.
• Travel occasionally within Switzerland, Germany, and France (approx. once a month).
