Job summary

Try&Hire Schweiz seeks a project technical lead to drive development tasks from concept to series industrialization. You will be the main technical interface with the client, translating needs into clear specifications and coordinating across R&D, design, industrialization, quality, production, purchasing and supply chain.

You hold a degree in microtechnology, electronics or materials engineering and have experience developing new products in a highly technical environment (PCB, EMS, assembly).

Qualifications

• Degree in microtechnology, electronics or materials engineering.
• Experience developing new products in a highly technical environment (PCB, EMS, electronic board assembly, components).
• Experience collaborating with international customers.
• Knowledge of PCB technologies and materials is advantageous.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and formalize customer requirements.
• Draft functional and/or technical specifications.
• Lead tasks across R&D, design, industrialization, quality, production, purchasing and supply chain.
• Track task progress in line with project milestones.
• Maintain regular communication with the customer throughout the project.
• Manage validations, tests, prototypes and adjustments.
• Prepare the launch and ensure transfer to operational teams.
