Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a dedicated HSE & Sustainability Roadmap Execution Lead to drive the transformation of our global action plan into measurable business outcomes. You will coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to track progress, manage governance, and ensure delivery on time and within budget across a global initiative portfolio.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and decision-support through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE Sustainability, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, strategy execution, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects within a global and matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive execution through influence and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the global HSE & Sustainability strategy and roadmap.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured actions, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain oversight of the HSE & Sustainability portfolio and ensure clear ownership of initiatives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Develop tools, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports to measure and track performance.
• Support review sessions and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Coordinate with initiative leaders and stakeholders to ensure delivery against commitments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of strategic programs.
• Prepare business cases and support funding requests for key initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across functions to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
